I taught another Mirror Gazing class recently and we had some interesting experiences.
What really struck me about this class is that while some people were unable to see visions in their mirrors, perhaps because I had the meditation music set too loud, or because the chairs were so uncomfortable, many people experienced physical visits from loved ones. When I say physical visits I mean visits where they could actually feel their loved one touching them.
One of the participants, who had lost her husband only 3 months before, felt him walk up behind her and give her a big hug. He then flashed some lights in the darkened room which several of us witnessed. After the session was over and she was telling us what she had experienced the microphone began crackling, squeaking, and generally acting up. It turns out that he had been an audio-visual technician in life!
